Separating Employee Resources


We know leaving a company can be a difficult time of transition, that's why we've compiled a summary of your benefits and resources to make this time as easy as possible.


If you are enrolled in a company sponsored health plan (medical, dental, vision, and healthcare flexible spending account) your coverage ends on your last day of your employment. You will receive information regarding continuing your coverage from CDB Billing Services, our third party COBRA administrator, within 44 days of your termination date.


Please note, ComPsych offers all terminated employees and their dependents access to the EAP for 60 days after your termination date at no additional cost you. They will continue to provide confidential counseling, resources for finding health care coverage aside from COBRA, and information to get you through life’s challenges.
